AI admin assistant now drafts in official correspondence formats
The AI admin assistant now produces office memoranda, forwarding letters and replies in standard government formats.
Drafts now follow the structure officers expect, including reference numbers, subject lines, salutations and endorsements, so they need edits rather than rewrites.
Departments can add their own templates during onboarding, and the assistant picks the right one based on the file and the request.
As before, every draft waits for human approval before anything is sent.
