Liveness detection rolls out across face recognition attendance deployments
Passive liveness detection is now on by default in every face recognition attendance deployment.
Passive liveness detection checks that a real, present person is in front of the camera, without asking them to blink or turn their head.
It rejects printed photos, screen replays and common mask attacks, and runs on the device in well under a second, so it works on low-cost Android phones and in offices with weak connectivity.
Existing deployments receive the update automatically. Administrators can review rejected attempts from the dashboard.
